1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and mewah89 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible athttps://mewah89.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

2Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3Account Eligibility

Registration on and use of the mewah89 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of mewah89 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual or a person subject to an exclusion order under any applicable gambling regulatory framework.

Each Player is permitted to maintainexactly one (1) registered account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure, forfeiture of associated balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

To register an account with mewah89, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address.

4.1 KYC Verification Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time mewah89 dems appropriate, the Company may require you to submit the following documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's License, or Passport — clearly showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the previous three (3) months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your government-issued identification document, with your face fully visible.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account linked to your mewah89 account.

mewah89 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until all required KYC documentation has been received, reviewed, and approved. Typical verification is completed within 24–48 business hours of document submission.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your account. If any details change — including your contact email, registered phone number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. mewah89 shall not be liable for any loss arising from outdated account information.

5Terms of Use

By using the mewah89 Platform, you agree to access and use the services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The Platform and all content hosted therein — including game software, graphics, branding, copy, and audiovisual elements — are provided exclusively for lawful use in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted.

5.1 General Conduct

• You must use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable local and international laws.
• You must not attempt to access any part of the Platform for which you have not been granted authorisation.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the Platform.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.
• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify mewah89 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mewah89 Platform are processed inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of mewah89.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mewah89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, AmBank
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

6.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: RM50 (standard); cryptocurrency minimum equivalent to approximately USDT 20.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for e-wallets and bank transfers; subject to change without notice.
• Withdrawal processing times: E-wallets typically 5–30 minutes; bank transfers 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency approximately 30minutes.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements, and confirmation that the Player's account is in good standing. mewah89 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts above standard thresholds.

6.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting mewah89 support constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, recover any disputed funds, and pursue all available legal remedies.

7Bonuses & Promotions

mewah89 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, and the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, as published on the relevant promotion page, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players who meet the stated requirements for each promotion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus promotiononce only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the related balance may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus is 35x the total of deposit and bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• mewah89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

mewah89 maintains systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent, and collusion between Players. Where bonus abuse is identified, mewah89 reserves the right to:

• Cancel any pending or awarded bonus;
• Void any winings generated through abusive play;
• Suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s); and
• Recover any funds already withdrawn that were obtained through abusive means.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mewah89 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal information;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or automated script to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any winings generated through identified bugs are void and will not be paid;
• Engaging in any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or the financing of unlawful activities;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any mewah89 staff member or other Platform user;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any element of the Platform software.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the mewah89 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, user interface designs, textual content, game mechanics, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of mewah89 or its duly licensed third-party content providers.

No part of the Platform content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, adapted, translated, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of mewah89. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

The mewah89 name, logo, and associated branding elements are registered or common-law trademarks. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use such trademarks without the Company's explicit written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mewah89 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services, whether scheduled or otherwise;
• Any loss of data, funds, profits, or business opportunities resulting from Platform use;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes, odds, or displayed information;
• Unauthorised access to your account by third party, where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Technical failures, including network outages, server errors, or third-party payment processing delays.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mewah89 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterupted availability, or freedom from errors. Nothing in this clause shall limit mewah89's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

11Responsible Gambling

mewah89 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Company acknowledges that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. We have implemented the following player protection tools, available to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session alerts to notify you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account deactivation of between 24 hours and 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for permanent or long-term self-exclusion via live chat support.
• Reality Check: Periodic notifications informing you of your session duration and net gaming position.

12Account Suspension & Closure

mewah89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy of the Company;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's financial institution;
• Identification of the account as a duplicate or linked account;
• Self-exclusion request by the Player, or mandatory exclusion under applicable regulatory requirements.

In cases of account suspension for investigation, any pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where closure results from a proven breach, mewah89 reserves the right to retain any associated Bonus Funds and, in cases of fraud, to seek recovery of withdrawn funds.

A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Where a real-money balance remains at closure, it will be returned to the original deposit method subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.

13Amendments to These Terms

mewah89 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter the rights or obligations of Players — the Company will endeavour to provide advance notice via registered email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable balance return.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which mewah89 is licensed and incorporated, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and mewah89, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through our customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute may be escalated to formal mediation or arbitration as determined by the Company's applicable regulatory framework.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia that cannot be waived by contractual agreement.
